| - | The program aims to cultivate specialized personnel and senior policymakers by providing professional training on infrastructure development, operation, and evaluation to civil servants from EDCF partner countries. |
| - | Participants are expected to utilize the knowledge and competencies acquired through the master's program to contribute to their home countries' infrastructure development, socio-economic advancement, and poverty reduction. |
| - | Furthermore, by deepening their understanding of Korea's economic development experience and culture, the program seeks to create opportunities for substantive economic cooperation between the two nations. |

* The thesis is optional during the fourth semester. If submitted within the standard period of study, it may be credited as 3 thesis credits.
